Magic Tea

In my last post, I talked a little about my Lyme disease and the journey of managing it. On that journey, I searched for natural remedies and the one that always came up was turmeric tea. I soon started to adapt this to my morning routine. Every day I make what I call my magic tea. I noticed the difference in my body. My joints didn't hurt as much, I didn't get sick and I had more energy. Now I must warn you it isn't tasty. I am a super taster so definitely don't do this for the taste. I do it for the benefit

The benefits of drinking turmeric tea: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antibacterial properties.

Recipe:

  • Boil 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • lemon and honey for taste
