3 Easy Self Care Tips you can do for your Mind, Body and Home.

I have been really taking this year seriously when it comes to my self-care. We all had a difficult last year, and that’s why I made it my goal to focus on just my mental and physical wellbeing. I wanted to pop in here and show you 3 simple things you can do today to take care of yourself.

MIND

Meditating is the best way thing to do when you are starting your self-care journey. I know it might seem annoying to sit there in silence however you can just start with 5 minutes in the morning. Look out the window and think of whatever makes you happy. Programing your mind to be grateful will make you view problems in a more positive outlook.

BODY

Give yourself a hand massage. You don’t need to do anything crazy. Just a simple massage. I love using Raw Sugar Hand Wash Therapy. It is packed with exfoliating fruit enzymes and soothing colloidal oatmeal. They have different scents, but my favorite has to be the lavender and cedar leaf oil. It is a balanced mind and body balance of aromatherapy to uplift the spirit and exfoliating fruit enzymes to cleanse, remove and renew. I take my time exfoliating my hands under warm water. It is something so simple but highly effective when it comes to taking care of yourself. Plus your hands will feel so smooth and look younger!

HOME

Declutter that one spot you have been avoiding. It can be a drawer. Remember this exercise is meant to be simple. There is no stress here. When you clear your space your mind feels clear. I cleared out this small corner in my kitchen. Whenever I look at it I feel proud because it serves as a reminder of my self-care journey.
