Hey beautiful souls! It’s my favorite season, autumn! Every season gives us a reason to have a refresh and rest.

It’s no surprise that this past year has been difficult, current world issues, personal issues and health issues its been a whirlwind.

It forced me to slow it down and in this season of change I am doing just that.

I wanted to get back to doing things I love and that is Fall! I made an updated Fall List. and wanted to share it with you, along with getting back into the swing of things.

For your Mind: make sure you do everything with intentions. Live in the moment, experience every minute, and then capture the moment.


We often create our schedules based on capturing the moment and forget to actually live in it. When seasons change they are a reminder that we are constantly changing as well. You are beautifully made.

Refresh your mind by setting your goals on what you would like to achieve this season for yourself. How will this wonderful Autumn shape you and make you feel like someone new?

You are always growing. As the leaves change into bright colorful hues let them remind you that you are changing into a new season of your life. Your transitional stage is just like the leaves vibrant and colorful.

For your Body: It is not too late to take care of your body. Autumn is the perfect season to try something new that solely grows during this season. Try a new recipe and share it with someone.

Refresh your body by trying to do a new exercise, perhaps take a walk in a new park. Enjoy the changing of the foliage.

Ive been taking it slow when it comes to my workouts. I use to push through the pain but now it is taking a longer time to recover. This time I am taking it slow with everything including my workouts.

For your HOME: The colder months often lead to darker days. This is the perfect time to refresh your home by adding warm colors and soft textures. The warm colors evoke feelings of comfort and ease.

Decorate your space, organize a part of your home you have been avoiding and fall in love with changing your space as the season change.
